Growing Nepenthes ephippiata

Daytime High's:

78-82 degrees
75-88% humidity

Nightly Low's:

52-60 degrees
82-99% humidity

Soil :

We use long fiber sphagnum with a decent amount of kanuma and a handful of perlite.  The ratio is roughly 85% long fiber sphagnum moss to 15% soil aerators.  Soil should not be compressed, the use of live sphagnum moss as a top dressing will be very beneficial as the plant gets larger.

Plants purchased from us do not need to be repotted for at least 8+ months.

Small but healthy plant

I purchased this item and received a plant a little less than an inch across. It was packed well and the plant was very healthy. It is a slow grower but definitely worth it.
