Best service I have ever had
The plant came in pristine condition, with pitchers intact and all but one surviving the journey, and that one seemed to be the oldest one to begin with and might have had its run anyways. Coloration of leaves and pitchers indicates excellent care prior to shipping, where I asked mine to be potted. Neither the media nor the pitchers were dried out, and the plant came free of diseases or pests. It was packaged so carefully, I think I could have played a game of catch with the box prior to opening it and the plant still would have been fine. I think that from now on I will primarily by nepenthes from this store, and perhaps other plants as well, and recommend it to anyone else interested in purchasing such plants.
