General Heliamphora Growing & Care :

Heliamphora Minor is relatively easy to grow. it can tolerate a wider range of temperatures than other varieties and acclimates to a wider range of growing conditions. For the best possible growth, these should be grown in conditions similar to highland nepenthes.

Higher humidities with daytime temperatures of 70-80 degrees followed by a 10-15 degree drop during the evening would be considered optimal.

Soil should hold moisture and drain well.  We use long fiber sphagnum moss combined with a small amount of peatmoss and roughly 30% perlite which is worked in more toward the middle and bottom of the pot to provide good airflow to the roots.

Heliamphora 'Big Orange' Review

The coloration of this individual is delicately beautiful. Each new pitcher is ever more pleasing to watch grow.
The medium and the potting used here is of very good quality.
